Chronic Inflammation is the Cause of Most Chronic Diseases.

Systemic or chronic inflammation is responsible for a wide variety of chronic diseases. Once chronic low level inflammation is triggered in the body, it can remain undetected for several years, causing damage to cells throughout the body. Removing systemic inflammation is important for combating aging and almost all diseases. Below are some diseases having chronic inflammation as their root cause.

Asthma.
Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Osteoarthritis.
Osteoporosis.
Hypertension.
Obesity.
Type II Diabetes.
Chronic Sinusitis.
Heart Diseases.
Multiple Sclerosis.
Stroke.
Thyroid Diseases.
Chronic Periodontis
Cancer.
Tendonitis.
Lupus.
Migraines.
Crohn’s Disease.
Tuberculosis.
Dental Issues.
Ulcerative Colitis.
Gastritis.
Vaginitis.
Autoimmune Diseases.
Alzheimer’s Disease.
Nephritis.
Osteoporosis.
Chronic Allergic Reactions.

Understanding how to prevent and reverse inflammation is crucial to reversing most chronic diseases and slowing the aging process down. Chronic inflammation and oxidative stress (free radicals damage) have become the major causes of diseases because oxidative stress activates and induces inflammation while inflammation induces more oxidative stress.
