Clean Your Tongue And Improve Your Breath.


Halitosis or bad breath is caused by many factors including not cleaning your tongue properly. Cleaning the tongue by brushing or scrapping should be the first treatment for someone who is dealing with bad breath. Most times, this is the only solution needed.
The tongue harbours bacteria, food debris, toxins, fungi, dead cells and other materials which can
cause odour when not removed. Apart from causing your mouth to have a nasty smell, the accumulation of microbes and toxins can diminish the function of the taste buds, resulting in not being able to taste foods properly.
Excess bacteria can contribute to health issues over time. Each time you brush your teeth, brush your tongue too with some toothpaste or mouthwash. Scraping the tongue can also replace brushing it.
