Use Yaji And Spice Your Food Easily With Good Medicine.


Yaji or suya spice is a blend of defatted ground nut powder and spices which is used to spice meat, fish,sweet potatoes, rice, yam, salad, stew, plantain and all kinds of food. It is a popular spice blend made and used in Northern Nigeria. The ingredients commonly used for preparing yaji are:
  • Kwuli kwuli or ground nut powder.
  • Ginger powder.
  • Garlic Powder.
  • Cayenne pepper powder.
  • African black pepper.
  • Cloves.
  • Salt and other seasoning cubes.

This spice blend provides an easy and delicious way of using ingredients that contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fiber and antioxidants. Yaji is a nice tasting spice that can be used by everyone for so many foods. Just sprinkle some on your prepared foods or use in cooking to add a spicy ground nut taste to your food.
