Dancing for exercise is one way of enjoying superior health
benefits that a lot of us do not realize. Some form of exercise is always
recommended as part of a wellness plan. Most people lack the time, energy or
will to do this. Even though dancing is most often at the bottom of exercise
list for most people, it provides more than helping you to lose weight or keep

Dancing is low impact, free, fun and easy to perform. You
can do it whenever you like and do not need to follow any rules but just move

channels, radio stations, computers and just everywhere, so you have no excuse
for not exercising. Dancing keeps you moving and smiling.
